Good evening CL,

Although I don't agree with the language used by Terry in his recent post, I can understand his feelings. Terry has been one of the long timers regarding CYBG and has provided the rest of us with some interesting and valuable research material. Imagine what you would feel when some individuals appear out of the blue and constantly paint a picture of CYBG as being nothing but a "fraud". Having a difference of opinion is very healthy and should be fostered in such forums. However, there is a difference between opinion and out and out lies. As Steven has requested on numerous occasions to Mr. Wexler-- please provide ANY evidence that indicates that the company has in ANY manner committed fraud. We would all benefit from such disclosure....although I seriously doubt any such evidence exists.
