Meanwhile, in a small hamlet outside of Washington DC, TomC peers at the flat color screen of his portable computer. He slumps back into the gray worn sofa and swears "%&^$#%, Damn, I can't believe it is 6/18/1998. There goes friggin plan A. Damn those blasto-grammers, the mitochondrial RNA bases are all wrong!"

For TomC, June 18th 1998 is two months too late or not early enough. Having suffered the rigors of time traveled back to this period, his plan A now lays in ruin. Hmm he thinks, it makes no sense to off those stinking b*stards at Time Machines, Inc. of the United Kingdom now. That plan had it worked would keep them from being contacted by a rival time traveler. "Damn those occasional spontaneous blastomere mutations."

By now, Tastes Like Chicken, TomC rightly realizes, has blasted that press release all over the Silicon Universe. Eliminating those guys now might cause a singular discongruency in the space-time continuum.

With Plan A out the window, Commander TomC of the FBNA Time Travelers Group faces a difficult decision. Should he make some obvious stock investments and head back to the future or should he contact Muffy and move on to PLAN B. A risky plan involving ...
