Howdy TUMON,

Welcome to this thread.

Still waiting to hear that SEC agreement has been finalized and according to release stated a couple of months and that is close now so hopefully soon. There has been a lot of waiting involved on this thread. Takes real patience.

I have been a shareholder since Sept. '96 and through the roughest and toughest times and I am still hanging in as a shareholder and sticking around to see the future of NVID unfold from this point on. I am willing to reserve judgment, as you suggest, and I do believe that Mike Redden and Dave Larson have worked hard to turn this company around. They surely have been the underdogs in this situation, but sometimes the will and desire to succeed brings due rewards. The company is still in business and that says something for their beliefs in it and working toward improving its situation and I do believe they have had the shareholders interest in mind, as well as theirs, and I see nothing wrong with that. They have continued to admit their struggles and I hope they succeed. I do remain optimistic. Former management lost sight of their real business and I believe present management has worked to get the company back on track. Seems evident with the news release regarding the binding letter of agreement with EHPC, Ltd. and EHPC North America. Looking forward to more information regarding that, especially since they have the option to manufacture and distribute in US and Canada. I do understand their being cautious to be assured they stay in compliance with the SEC rules and that is a plus from before, don't you agree? They had a lot to bring into compliance from what they took over and I thank them for all the long hours they must have worked to accomplish all of that. I wish them the best of luck and hope the rewards come with it for them as well as for all of us shareholders who stayed the course with them.

Thanks for the information too.

Just wanted to welcome you and as a real "old timer", answer that I will continue to hold so guess I am saying also I think NVID has merit. I will go back to lurking and waiting for the news now.

Best Regards,

n(Naomi)haynes

P.S. To all, I read on the DVIG thread that Bill Brotherson was
hospitalized but is home now. Bill, if you are lurking, wish a
speedy and full recovery to you. Know you said you had received mountains of e-mail and PM's so will only post this here. Naomi
