I wonder whether some knowledgable person could clearly explain what is going on here? There have been lots of numbers given...$38...$32..a percentage on a particular date...what date? Right now Bay hovers around 30 and Nortel 52 or so. Are our shares likely to go up when deal is closed or will amount depend on what they are worth at that moment. Or when the announcement was made? Not talking long run years from now..talking about next few weeks/days/ months/. Right now I could sell with a tiny profit and no loss. Is there a chance that Bay would go below 29 and NT down also, and price would end up lower than it is now.? Who votes and when? What is the actual time line or is there any? Thanks.
