Tilton told me the details of the shares when I asked. He's set up the shares in a way that we will receive income streams from Calvocade, USBL, Night Hawk, etc without incurring any carrying costs. The shares used to buy them are restricted for years. I said "years, as in more than one?"...yes. We have a relatively small float. I asked that he faxe me any details of the shares over $1.50 if he gets time. He believed it was in the neighborhood of 1.5 million to 2 million shares, held by people loyal to the company. I re-asked, if his goal was the Nasdaq, and he said You betcha. Without a reverse to get there.
