Vanni, you are absolutely right. The words that strike terror into a banker's heart are - okay, here are the keys, the building's yours. That stance leads them back to the table real quick. Which is why I always thought that the guys who should get the biggest bonuses in the banking business are the workout guys who are (or should be) trained to look at the potential equity kickers, not the credit. But I think I still have a point - when it gets down to the down and dirty of a trustee in bankruptcy, the old equity holders usually find that their amourettes get squeezed real hard. Nice to see you again. We've obviously been grazing in different pastures, and I just stumbled here because I follow Alien Tech around. I see from your profile that you've been fomenting discord (as usual) on the CREAF thread. Keep it up. I can't believe I actually made a few bucks on CREAF - but now I've lost touch and don't know what finally did them in? COSFF. Still have 1K, but don't visit the old thread. Is there life there?
