There's "NASDAQ" and then there's "Nasdaq". There's a NASDAQ National Market where stocks such as Microsoft and Intel trade, and then there's the Nasdaq SmallCap Market where the stuff that isn't totally toxic waste gets to trade. The Bulletin Board, while run under the auspices of NASDAQ, isn't considered "officially" NASDAQ. Confused enough? Have a cold one, eh? The only "Nasdaq" TNRG has a - you'll forgive the expression - Chinaman's Chance of staying on without a reverse split is the Bulletin Board. To do that, it needs to be "reporting", that is, filing the necessary documents with the SEC. God help us all. Amen. $^)
