Hi Tom,

I think the words "liquidation scenario" in the S&P press release was responsible for the loss of at least 50 cents today alone, speaking of words that strike terror.

Of course, shareholders are way back in line behind creditors and bankers in bankruptcy, so you are absolutely right. That's the risk for which we get paid better returns when things go well for a company. : )

What did Creaf in was slowing sales and no game plan for expanding margins, as I pointed out months ago much to the chagrin of the Creafers who had bought in the mid to upper 20s and watched it slip a bit each day. Rather than be sensible and cut their losses, they got angry at me for pointing out what was about to happen, and they are still sore.

The whole thing was a lot like the Disk Drive threads, where you and I spent some time together, although I have to say the DD crowd were much better sports at getting over it. Hell, even Wiseowl stops by and says hello once in awhile. Back when the DDs were plunging, I kept thinking he might be up here in New York stalking me!

No, the Corel threads are inactive, just like the company. No point in stopping by. Though once in a while someone posts a link to photos of Cowpland's wife in which she is scantily clad or it looks like certain parts of her upper body are on Viagra, if you know what I mean. That gala thing on which he blows a lot of money every year.

Did you hang on to VTS? That has been a good ride.

Happy Investing!
