You know, that's a very interesting point you make about the ISDN and multiplayer. It could very well be that the multiplayer revolution/evolution is creating some life in that part of the traditional technology adoption curve that, earlier, I argued did not exist for entertainment goods -- the late majority/skeptics segment. Now, there's material inventive to "keep up with the Joneses" bringing otherwise-reluctant consumers into the technology fold.
