Sorry, but a stock buyback would be the absolutely stupidest thing Simon could do. This company has to stop promising and deliver - no ifs, ands, or buts. Financial engineering tricks such as the recent reverse split won't work. Within 2 weeks they lost another 50% of their value. A stock buyback would also only have a temporary effect. It would also be stupid because the only thing this company has going for it is that it is an acquisition target since it is trading at or below cash value. They should still have $50 Mio. in cash to maybe buy something, but who would trust them to buy the right thing? DOA.
