albert,
yes, actually i currently own both INTC and AMD. i disagree with
the arguement in the IBD artcile that K6 is either going to be
a very big hit or failure & i am from the camp that believes
that the CPU mkt. is not a zero-sum game (assuming the mkt.
continues to grow at a 15-20% clip which i feel verey comfertable
in that it will).

I feel that Intel will have a HUGE year next year & that their
margins will not be hurt very much, if at all, by M2 or K6. I'm
looking at $200 by end of year 97. I think adoption to the K6 will
come very slow but will pick up in 2H97 (assuming everything goes
according to plan)...i see K6 hurting CYRX more than Intel though.

From a technical standpoint, i feel uncomfortable owning the stock
at these levels & am debating whether to sell now. I feel the
stock will correct somewhat in Dec., but then go back up after
Intel releases their MMX chips in early Jan.

Yes, the stock has the potential to go into the 40s by K6 potential
alone, but I feel their is a huge risk because if anything goes
wrong...
