Bob, I expect combination therapy to play a major role in future cancer treatments. LGND's retinoids and rexinoids are in advanced clinical trails and there is a great deal of room for improvement in existing and future modalities.

As I said earlier, many of the compounds slated to enter the clinic in the next 12-15 months were not even in the report of 19 months ago (which projected earnings out to 2006). I still think that the projects were conservative.
