H.P., I agree with the price pressure potential from ADI and NSM, but I think that gives extra incentive for LLTC and MXIM to become even more aggressive in terms of new, more innovative power solutions. It's the ability to produce the next-generation products that I am really investing in, and I think LLTC has the technological edge at this point. NSM must spend more money on magazine advertising than other semi company I can think of. I like them, but I am not a shareholder. An interesting arena to look would be the Power MOSFET market, with players like MOT, HRS and IRF. I like the power market in general because it's something that will always be needed! Also, AVX and VSIT continue to make high performance components that are used in power conversion circuits (precision resistors, low ESR capacitors). I'd be interested to check out their perfomance history. Have a good Thanksgiving, Jay
