OK, Jon--whoops, I mean Fred--OK, Fred--whoops, I mean Jon--here you go. Next time you post you guys might do better insulting your own backyards. A lurker has requested that I post this. He happens to know very, very well the area you speak of so badly. The following is what he requested that I present to you:
Have any of you ever been to smelly El Segundo>
Yes, I have, as well as the Rosecrans offices of Zulu, which you obviously have not, and you would have a hard time finding more affuent digs on Wilshire Blvd. You are obviously quite impressed by Santa Monica. I can take you parts of Santa Monica that if you get over 10 feet away from your car it will be gone. For that matter there are parts of Brentwood that you wouldn"t want to get out of your car after sundown.
As far as the oil refineries you refer to , don't forget whats also next to them. Only a piece of dirt known as Rolling Hills Estates, one ot the most affuent areas of the entire State of California. As far as Zulu"s office location, I personelly was surprised the address was El Segundo because it is actually more geographically located to Manhatten Beach, which is the Yuppie capital of what we call the south bay area .
So you see Jon you have finally exposed yourself positively and undeniably to me if to know one else because I have been there and know the area well , and I won"t even bother to go into my background, profession , business acume or knowledge of commercial real estate and demographics. Suffice to say, I now know you are nothing but a know nothing cheap basher.
It is obvious to anyone with an IQ over 17, that anyone that would spend the amount of time that you do, on this thread, without an equity interest, has to have a very strong agenda of some nature or is one sick puppy. As an aside,I wonder, do you work? Do you own any stock of any company. Do you have a family? Do they like you.?
......Sorry PartyTime, but this last post of his was like somebody standing right in front of you, pissin" on your boots, and trying to convince you its a rain storm. . Remember Johnny Carson, and how he would always give Burbank a bad rap? "From beautiful downtown Burbank" the Tonight Show...... Well don"t forget Burbank is still the home of NBC and several of the studios..
,,,,Bye (back to lurking from time to time) Oh!.. P.S. If the reason you didn't post over the weekend was because you were in Santa Monica, I would formally like to invite you to spend more time there. |
