I should first ask why would Goldy in trying to start a new board on SI do his opening post to you? Nothing to start with but taking your name out of thin air and beginning reply to you. Seems strange.
As for my treatment of Goldy, it is very simple. There are times in life you have to lower yourself to the people you are communicating with.
If you take the time to review what Goldy and his BOYS have said in the past you will see that calling them liars is an understatement. I feel it is completely justifiable to expose this type of vermin when their lies are about me, my family, my business and my associates.
I got my shares by taking all the risk and putting up substantial funds to get the rights for the OX2 engine. As for selling our shares that is your assumption. My firm has been on the bid side of the stock as much as any other firm. Ask yourself how do you sell stock when you are buying it.
AENG opened at $1 to $1.50. It has traded actively all the way up to its' current price. It was in the $7 range for several weeks and again in the $13 range for quite some time. I would guess that those that bought it from the $1.50 range to here can't be to upset. The only boxing around this stock is what is done on this board.
The company has all the money it needs. The product it is marketing was already developed when it was acquired. Those that developed it had spent millions over several years to get it to this point. The only funds needed by AENG were for marketing. Now the company has no need for any funding. The joint venture with Carroll Shelby costs the company no money. As I understand it Mr. Shelby will design, develop and manufacture two vehicles initially. For contributing the engine AENG gets half of the venture and Mr. Shelby does the work and pays all the expenses. I view that as a pretty good deal and one that doesn't cost AENG. As for presenting the engine to interested parties that costs very little money. So the million dollars raised for this company with very little in expenses and no development costs is adequate. I have been assured the patents are just fine. This company has attracted an unbelievable group of high powered people around it. One of the top attorney's and law firms in the country is working for the company on these matters. I have no doubt his advise to them is the best that there is. For whatever his reasons it has been set up for the time being like it is. I may not agree with it as I would like to answer the BOYS on this matter as soon as possible. But if I have learned anything since first starting in this business in 1976, it would be get the best people around you and listen to what they say. Not doing this in the past has created some costly lessons for me. Now with three offices and around 100 employees I would do nothing else. This expert has advised AENG and AENG would be wise to heed what it is told. What's best for AENG is in turn best for its' shareholders, of which I am one.
If you follow the accusations it should become evident what is being attempted here. You have Goldy that is really a zero in life trying to make himself appear like someone that means something in this world. He infers he is associated with parties he is not. Fact is he doesn't have a clue about much. He lies repeatedly and never addresses those lies when confronted. he has a few BOYS that chide in with him because if you follow their posts and the times you can see they have absolutely no life. This is it, right here. Now tell me what intelligent engineer would base their knowledge of this engine from the research done on this board. Wouldn't you think before making statements they claim are fact they would do REAL research and contact the experts that could give them the answers. Now why would you think that would not happen. What educated person with an IQ above plant life would limit the research they base their conclusions on to this board? I saw when one was pushed to answer that question they responded that they were really seeking to find out investor sentiment. Now micky, I'm sure even Goldy had to cringe when that response was put up. That was certainly not following the script. Then right behind that type of response he comes back as an expert saying why the OX2 engine can't work. Of course being backed up by others of suspect intellectual capacity. Who also base all their knowledge of the workings of the OX2 on their research from guess where? You guessed it, on this board. I have talked with Shelby and the inventors on some of their remarks. They chuckle and can't believe how stupid these people are. Sorry BOYS I don't think Shelby would ever hire any of you and we will have all your real names sooner then you think.
As for most of the companies Goldy and others mention I know very little. The firm has I believe eight traders. many of the stocks the firm trades are for trading purposes only. We probably trade at least 85 different stocks daily. A trader picks up on a stock he thinks he can trade in and out for a profit then punches in and starts trading. In many instances they do not even know what the company does, it simply looks like a good trading stock to them so they trade it. We are no different than any other firm on the street in that regards. There are stocks you trade for the firm and stocks that they just trade. One company Goldy alludes to being one of our "scams" is Gilman & Ciocia, (GTAX & GTAXW). We took this company public in late 1994. Based on the unit IPO cost of $7 per unit which consisted of two common shares and one warrant to purchase another share at $4.67 per share. The common now trades at around $17. You figure it out. It is amusing to note that when Goldy put this one on the board as a scam and alluded that he and the firm he tried to get people to believe he was working with, were going to short it down to nothing it was trading around $15. In the week since Goldy made his foolish lying statement it has moved up $1.50.
There's Ortec, another unit offering we did in late 1995. At $5 a unit the common now trades around $18, the A warrant expired $3 in the money and the B warrant still trades, look it up. All winners, no way. More + than -, yes. Worst loser, was Red Hot Concepts. The Chilli's franchisee for the United Kingdom.
I will not try to convince anyone to buy this stock. As I stated before to succeed you need to surround yourself with the experts you need to get the job done. AENG has done that. I will bet on the likes of Carroll Shelby, Bob Teague and Bobby Allison any day. As for buying my families shares I believe you are making a wrong assumption. If one of my family needs funds for a reason and needs to sell stock that is their business. All my children are grown and on their own. I originally gave them this stock so they could live a better life. when they sell is their business. I firmly believe selling here will be regretted 12 months from now. Again that is their choice. I can only speak for myself.
Anyone buying these shares should do so for the long term because I believe it has only just begun. Trying to trade it in and out is difficult enough for the traders, for the public no way. Forget about the everyday price and be patient. Your reasons for buying it will have to be your own based on what you feel. Listening to anyone on this board would be crazy. There is more misinformation and lies on this board than there is truth. Guys like Goldy who are complete nothings in real life come alive behind the shield of a fake name and try to be somebody here. Read all his posts and lies and it is easy to see. He wants people to think he is involved with real brokerage firms while he is not. Why would someone do that. Fact is these firms hate him and would like to string him up if they catch him. They don't want any attention drawn to them, they have a purpose in life. Comes Goldy trying to make others think that behind that FAKE name is a somebody. Real somebodies don't do that, only the REAL nobodies like Goldy and the BOYS do that.
Enough said. It was long but your questions covered a lot of area. Unlike others I do have a life and need to go so I can live it. As I only look at this every few days if you need any other answers I will probably get back to you next week. Weekends are for Michelob.
