If memory serves me correct I think Sun missed the analysts numbers by 1 cent for Q3. So if you want to be a optimistic person Sun should miss the analyst numbers for Q4 by 1 or 2 cents. I have also read on the thread that Sun told analysts that Q4 was on track so the million dollar question is will they or won't they hit the numbers.

Sun's Gage looks ahead

"The days of the operating system running on one machine are over," says Gage, who's the company visionary in charge of linking Sun's geekheads with politicians and businessmen trying to tackle the ever-changing role of technology in society.

But if you think that's a big deal, hold onto to your mousepad. Within three years, Sun will debut technology that will forever alter the way we interact with our computers, according to Gage, who joined the company in 1982.
