NEW YORK, Nov 27 (Reuter) - America Online Inc shares jumped after a Cowen & Co analyst
upgraded the online services provider to buy from neutral, with a 12-month price target of $55,
saying he has "unwavering enthusiasm for the AOL story."

Jamie Kiggen of Cowen said that AOL his investment thesis rests upon the belief that investors
will increasingly recognize its ability to sustain subscriber growth, increase its non-subscription
revenues, become cash-flow positive and achieve profitability over the next few quarters.

AOL shares jumped 2-5/8 to 35-1/4 in very active trading.
