Regarding Chapter 11... I'm trying to figure out if these guys want to file or not. There are so many variables to consider. If the company is nothing, why reasign a new board of directors? If they file for Chapter 11, that means they plan on doing something with the company but lose share value on dilution etc.. If they don't file for Chapter 11 they have the opportunity to raise the share price for future stock sales IF they can continue to do business and create sales. I've read all the press releases and find it hard to believe that all the VARs would be so stupid as to say what they did unless it was Huttoe's words. Something just doesn't jive right now, to many unanswered questions? IDID never filed for Chapter 11? I'm waiting for more news on the financials and product. Aloha
