Check out Insider sales for Rambus on Yahoo. In the month of May, insiders sold a whopping 12,000 shares. There were more sold right after the earnings report (I'm assuming that's the "window" they have to sell). A total of approx. 84,000 shares sold in April after the report. A total of 96,000 out of 19MM sold since the last earnings report. Around $4MM for "walking around money". Sounds pretty reasonable to me. Looks like they're all running for the exits. <ggg> This story looks better each and every day.
