cannot confirm the Kubota news. Kubota owns 6-7 million shares. this is interesting.... Nasdaq Investors' Antitrust Lawsuit Gets Class-Action Status New York, Nov. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Investors suing 33 Nasdaq market makers received class-action status to proceed with their 1994 antitrust case accusing the brokerages of rigging stock prices. p.s. i seriously don't think brokerages make money out of the spread. do you?
