A quick update**** Those of you still wanting to see your shares and objections to Jacks Management of CVIA presented before the judge, can still email I will make sure that the lawyer will check and print out your email to take to court with him. He will be leaving the office at about 8 Am CST. counsel@horizon.hit.net Since about 6 pm another 3,077,000 shares of from unhappy share holders were sent to the lawyer from those I received, I have no way of knowing how many he received directly, so we are doing pretty good so far. There was one gentleman that sent an email stating he had 50,000 post split shares (15,000,000 pre split shares) I sure hope this wasnt a typo <g> KAA
