S., I didn't want to say anything the last time you posted that you talked to Tyler, but I wanted to let you know that he doesn't know squat. I've personally spoken to him and have read posts from others that have spoken to him. Every single time, he is very pollyanish. And every single time, a warning or something ensues. I do not think he is being intentionally deceptive. He seems very nice. However, he has no idea what is going on at Iomega. In other words, consider the source.
