Time for a change, and the job market is VERY competive in the Silicon Valley. After three years, I found an offer I just couldn't refuse. I may go back someday though. It is a really good place to work. After I made the decision to leave, they made some management decisions that were great IMO. The new VP of Survey and Mapping, Joe Pavia, is a great guy and has solid experience in survey. From what I have heard he has really stepped up to the plate and made some great progress. Just breaking off Survey from Commercial systems was a great idea IMO. We'll see what happens.. Springer
