biz.yahoo.com. Definitely good stuff. Here is my breakdown. E. Carnahan was (is?) a director of DTOP and had 215,620 shares in the merger prospectus. Looks like she is mostly out. E. Siegfried had 127,066 shares and is listed as a DTOP officer in the prospectus. He retains a substantial part of his holdings. John Moss is listed as a DTOP officer and had 12,995 shares in the prospectus. I really like his buy of 400 shares at 9 3/8 on 6-17. When someone who doesn't appear to be really rich is buying my guess is that he thinks he can make some money.
Blair Williams is an investment concern that had an early stake in the company. I posted about their 144 filing a while back. My guess is that that sale has been completed also. Other opinions welcome. rod
