Right on Mayor....

Larry, with the lack of interest and volume on the buy side, the MM's used the opportunity to drop bids and induce selling. You couple this with TMex's .75 stop loss comment and the stock dropped to an oversold .375 bid. With the smallish float the stock swings abnormally in both directions. Alot of stock was sold above $1.00 and there was not a comparable amount sold on this selloff to match up. IMO, the stock should be trading more in the .75 - .87 range based on the actual trading pattern. But I believe the MM's are short inventory and "shook the trees" on this selloff to get some shares.

IF Marchant can follow thru on adding 3 new affiliates by the end of June, ie great PR, the short term outlook for DIXS would be up from here. I feel the addition of these new affiliates is VERY important for DIXS as it portends to their "spiel" as being a viable one as they solicit new business.

I look forward to hearing your report....

Robert
