Frank or anyone, quick question.

I recently attended a Level3 shareholder meeting and the CEO seemed to emphasize their recent XCOM acquisition. I am a troglodyte technologically speaking but see if this makes sense - the XCOM technology allows an end user to place a telephone call over the L3 network without additional access codes and without additional wait. Somewhat similar to the equal access conversion in the 80s. He indicated that this was a bridge technology but nonetheless important to the business plan to tap into cash flow sooner rather than later and this provided L3 with a real advantage.

Please help me quantify the importance of this, if any.

Regards, Ken.
