This is not quite correct. The Billling clock doesn't go off until the customer's billing cycle in December. A lot of people are being lead to believe that the billing clock stops on December 1st. Look for a surge in billings from AOLers who don't realize this, and probably another billing controversy/lawsuit.

AOL's 10Q and the Washington Attorney General's settlement both reiterate that while the Plan begins December 1st, it does not -start- for a member until their billing cycle, unless they ask AOL to "accelerate" the conversion.
