Nice post, you forgot to mention that a Chap. 11 Reorg will get BOST out of some of its expensive store/land leases and allow it to renegotiate lower lease rates on the properties they want to keep. The people who say they buy this stock cause the food is good obviously don't read financials nor understand the benefits of this company seeking Chapter 11. IMHO, BOST would be better off filing BK but of course, this could wipe out the shareholders holding the common stock. I guess the stock is falling further because of all those dang shorts. Yeah right!
