Fidelity WILL allow you to trade naked options. >> I e-mailed Fidelity and was told that my account was already qualified for Level 4 (of 5) option trading and that includes selling naked options. When I stopped by the local Fidelity office this week they told me, after some digging, that I could sell naked options but had to call and talk to a broker in person. I can't do it at their Website, with FOX or with their Tele-Trade or whatever it is that they call their automated telephone quote and trade system. Have you been able to trade online? I really don't feel the need for some Fidelity flunkie to hold my hand on this.
