I would bet that there is further significant news before 12/16/96. If not, before Christmas. Perhaps like last quarter, as soon as next week. I don't know why anyone would be opposed to a buy-out. Seems to me that investors get an immediate boost in the stock price, and the company is immediately blanketed with a new wave of speculative enthusiam. Not to mention, potential deep pockets and new management. I would certainly welcome an announcement on the new CEO as an alternative, assuming it happens soon. This seems very unlikely to me though. Just more opinions. sf
