Everyone: don't disillusion me. Tell me all of this incredible discussion about El Segundo has been "tongue in cheek", and in good fun. I hope so! LOL

Beauty is all relative, subjective. Living in the Pacific Northwest, where the air is clear (albeit damp too often), the plant life is not deformed by toxic chemicals or whatever (just tall evergreens which drip on you or periodically kill you with falling branches) , the terrain is diverse and spectacular (not relatively lifeless, flat and covered with 12 lane freeways), we don't have to worry about an OJ stalking (just the Ted Bundys, and the Green River Killers of the world, etc.), and where there is no fear of earthquakes of 8.0 or less (experts say the Puget Sound area will have a much bigger and devastating earthquake some day), El Segundo does not sound much worse than a lot of other parts of LA.

But, all of this of course is largely irrelevant, is it not, in terms of the quality of a corporation and its future? Sounds like ZULU's location near LAX is perfect. Sounds like access to the freeway system (essential in LA?!) is good. And, perhaps there is a good lease deal that means more profit some day for the shareholders.

P.S. For those LA natives who don't like my comparisons, I love large cities, including LA and NYC, and have lived in NYC.
