I agree. However, COMS needs help at present. ASND does not. I am not ruling out COMS. Can't see COMS getting taken given the markets reaction to the NT/BAY deal. COMS biz is not healthy right now. Must get at least 1 good quarter behind them for the acquirer not to get whacked. The supposed $38 BAY deal is now worth just $30 to BAY holders. Anyway, I would have to rule out COMS and ERICY. Maybe someone else. I think I heard Siemens too. COMS should give back yesterday's gains today. Gary
