Paul, having looked at the aforementioned Yahoo site on Insider Trading in EDIS, I believe that the "planned sale" term refers to insiders filing of Form 144, which is registering previously restricted shares to free them for subsequent trading. Generally, a Form 4 is then required to be filed if/when these now free shares are actually sold. Best Regards, Bill
