Kurt My question was not meant to imply that option pricing didnt take place, it was meant to imply that I couldnt find it in the proxies. I even stated that just because I couldnt find it, that didnt mean it wasnt there. Your assumption of my intentions were way off base. I find this thread to be less and less helpful in doing any form of personal due diligence for my investment.(and afterall, that is the purpose of this thread) I have zero interest in protracted arguements with anyone. At this point in time, I can be of more help to myself by not being involved in the thread. Hopefully that will change in the future.
