John, totally understand what you're saying, but I think what happened on the LaFountain sell rec. is that it was part of a slew of initiations on chip players. So, the rec. wasn't as "bad" as it orginally looked (sell rec. when the stock is testing a critical support level and has already sold-off). His target of 20 - not the most aggressive call in the world; however... I could swear I saw one of the write-ups later that day saying something to the effect that MU would be fairly valued @ 17 (and again, MU trades there in August - I start thinking long-term calls; the FA won't be that much better, but it's a crap shoot I can live with @ that level). Was he wrong in the short-term? The tape doesn't lie. We'll see if the old cliche holds true though <g> Good trading, Tom
