RVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 19, 1998--ObjectShare Inc. (Nasdaq:OBJS) Friday announced the appointment of two new directors to its board, Lester
"Buck" Hill and Samuel M. Inman III.

The appointments expand the current board to five from four, following the resignation of James C. Anderson, who is pursuing other opportunities.

Hill, 54, is the former chief executive officer and chairman for Pacific Scientific, a $310 million manufacturer of motion control, process control and safety equipment that
was recently acquired by Danaher Corp. (NYSE:DHR) after a successful turnaround. Earlier, he was executive vice president of General Instrument's Communications
Division.

Hill has held other senior management and corporate officer positions with Symbol Technologies, Data Design Laboratories and TRW.

Inman, 47, most recently served as chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Centura Software Corp. (Nasdaq:CNTR) where he led the successful turnaround of
the company.

He previously was president and chief operating officer of Ingram Micro Inc., the world's largest distributor of microcomputer products worldwide, and was a 21-year
veteran of IBM, where he served as president of the company's Personal Computer Co. for the Americas. Inman is currently a director of Centura Software and Viking
Components.

"We're very pleased to have these two highly distinguished executives as part of our board," said Gene Goda, ObjectShare's chairman, president and chief executive
officer. "Buck and Sam's successful business and industry experience in managing strategic growth and building shareholder value will be invaluable to ObjectShare's
future."
