Its classic overexpansion and overhiring, and bad internal direction. The fact that they cannot make profit on $50 zip drives and $170 jaz drives is due to the fact that they cannot forecast, cannot produce new products fast enough, and don't react to market conditions fast enough. Not because the product is bad. Because execution is bad. BL
