ORS does not hold a patent on their developments. Patents generally are licenses to steal if there are similar ways to accomplish the same task that differ substantially from eachother but provide no advantage one vs the other. This is the case with ORS vs. Klaeger. ORS has preferred to maintain its trade secrets while Klaeger filed for patent protection and in so doing revealed its trade secrets. But Klaeger's method was studied by both Tiger Manufacturing and ORS and both companies developed alternative methods that in no way violate Klaeger's patents. I suggest you contact Bill Bennett for further details on Titan's strategy to protect its trade secrets by not filing for patent protection. Often Offie the real world is different from the theoretical world you apparently inhabit.
