Dateline Sedona, AZ: 6/19/98

A statement was released today by FBN Associates' (NASDAQ: FBNA) President and CEO, TEDennis. It is reproduced here unaltered from its original form.

Today, 6/19/98, is exactly 24 years from the date of a fatal automobile accident which claimed the lives of the Fulsom family. Fred and Wilma Fulsom died in the fiery crash. Their 4 year old daughter, an unborn child, and their puppy disappeared after the crash, presumably rescued by a passerby.

Fred Fulsom had been a handyman, specializing in installing, maintaining, and repainting white picket fences. His wife, Wilma, worked out of their home as a makeup consultant. She had graduated with a PhD in BioChemistry from Concentric Correspondence Courses (CCC).

Fred worked endless hours painting and repainting white picket fences for his clients. Wilma wanted Fred to spend more time at home with her and her daughter, so she set out to automate the paint/repaint process. She used her BioChemistry background to design one of the first nanobyte technologies. It used some basic biotechnological principles to automatically renew and refresh the paint's underlying chemical makeup. To cause the renewal process to happen, all that was needed was the insertion of one nanobyte mini-module into the existing paint. The results were phenomenal. A new technology had been discovered.

It didn't take long for word of this miracle of science to spread. Fred and Wilma were on their way to an interview with the Popular Mechanics magazine when the fatal automobile accident occurred.

This date is especially meaningful to FBN Associates, since Wilma's White Paper on her technology that was found in the wreckage became the groundwork for what is now known as the "Blastomere Separation Process" (BSP). The BSP is the underlying technology that has made FBNA the astounding success that it is today.

BSP has allowed FBN Associates to expand from a simple Y2K software solutions company into a multi-national, multi-product conglomerate that is unequaled in the world. We are proud of our company, and we and our shareholders have the Fulsoms to thank for it. We owe them our success.

Other press releases will be made available today.

Thank you, and have a great day.
