rick,
i think he was very careful not to say that, this would have been a perfect opportunity to tell us of the 2 orders which he stated in the cc were about to be inked. i don't know but maybe the may 19 announcement concerning georgia accreditation and the june 4 announcement with the school system is what randy was talking about. i certainly hope not and just maybe we will see an announcement with some number beside it.
