Just listened to the interview with James Sierk on CNBC. I thought he handled himself well and made several important points. 1) He is a strong believer in stockholder value and does not believe in selling at a loss. 2) His compensation, and the boards, is in stock, not dollars. 3) The move to OEMs has been part of the plan.
