Is anyone has an idea regarding the effect of the Debentures on the stock price?
As of 9/30/96 the outstanding amount was $3.4M.
The Debentures are convertible into stock base on the market price at the time
of conversion.
In my opinion the holders will try to keep the stock price down in order to get
more shares. (and hopefully after the conversion they would like the price to go up).
Can anyone let me know if this is a possible scenario? and if yes, when the effect
will be over (5/98)?
Thanks in advance, and by the way, I got a limit buy order for 1 1/4 executed
today (it can't get much lower!!!???).
