Graham, It seems pretty sure the private placement is going to go through. My only question is if BLO will be diluting its shares by issuing more for the placement, or if the financeer will be purchasing already existing shares. If BLO issues new shares, this could work to drive the share price down. But even still, its so depressed now, I can't really see it going that much lower. I put a call into BLO for more info today, but they weren't available. I'll get back when I can provide some cold hard facts. Take Care, Chris
