There is an article in the Wall Street Journal regarding S-8 forms. Basically it says that the SEC hasn't been watching them at all but over the last 5 years the use has risen and fraud is common. Looks like our 'rot in hell' CEO knew what he was doing. Life has a way of working things out. It might take time, but Huttoe will get what he deserves, probably prostate cancer. The CIA has a way with things.. wink..wink. Aloha
