Hi James:

I've been a bit out of the loop lately as I have been wrapping up my graduate studies; hoping to be more visible now.

I like your analysis, and pretty much agree with everything you said. In addition to a shift in the supply/demand balance at the current levels, I sense that there has also been a change in thinking among the MM's regarding DCTC. Back in the "dog days" when we were at 1 3/8, I was arguing that the MM's simply didn't see anything unique about us. We were simply one more penny stock struggling to hold the line against share dilution while we were growing. But since the Edge deal (which is IMO the most concrete evidence we have had that we might make it) it seems that the support line has been raised by the MM's. In the past we have seen price decreases on virtually no selling. Lately, the line has held on days when the buy to sell ratio seems to be pretty low. My point is that DCTL may be viewed somewhat differently now by MM's: not just another "wanna be", but maybe a "could be". And if some serious and substantial deals go through in coming days, we could even be elevated to "just might be" status. If that happens, we could then start to see the effect of momentum, which tends to feed on itself.

Just some ideas. As I haven't had my caffeine yet this morning, I accept no responsibility for these comments. Take care.
