TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 19, 1998--PC DOCS Group IntL.(NASDAQ:DOCSF - news; TSE:DXX. - news) PC DOCS Group International Inc. today announced the appointment of Gary J. Rogers to the position of President of its subsidiary, CMS/Data Corporation, the global leader in time and billing solutions for professionals. Rogers will report directly to Rubin Osten, Chairman & CEO of PC DOCS Group International.

Prior to joining CMS/Data, Rogers was Vice President of Sales for SQL Financials of Atlanta, Georgia. Under his leadership, revenue growth exceeded 100% year to year and he rapidly established the company as a leader in the financial services marketplace. Before that, Rogers was regional manager for The ASK Group/Ingres, of Mountain View, California, a leader in the relational database management and application development tools industry. His background also includes ten years at Automatic Data Processing where he held a variety of senior sales and marketing positions.
