"Equally compelling views believe that the world has just entered one of the greatest periods of productivity and growth ever experienced by so many in so much of the world. I happen to believe this and that it will be the driving force of the next 50 years. Expansion of democratic policies and productivity through out the world." Thanks Chip especially for the references...I go with this view in the longer run but wonder if part of the problem in moving on this migration path is a patch work global monetary system that is not up to the task? Ie: it subsidizes greed, incompetence and status quo organizations...instead of the new!?
