PBM--The Russians are dictating the terms of the "loan." I guess if you have nuclear and biological weapons, you can do such things. I understand they need more on the order of $95 billion. For starters. You know, under the old communist system, workers pretended to work, and the state pretended to pay them. Now, the poor workers don't even get paid! So, the question is, where has all the money gone? AU Aug. futures up 5.70 this minute.
