Lask of positive progress in regards to stability of SL and Angola have allowed the astute followers of AmCan to purchase large blocks at reduced prices (the going rate for AmCan blocks of shares should be in the .30's but yesterday an individual purchased 97,500 at .22).

Still missing is the SL mining policy although my guess is it is ready to be announced but progress in eliminating the rebel danger still is too high of a priority to announce it. With the arms sanctions being lifted and so many G-Seven countries visiting SL recently to access the sitiuation, I wouldn't be surprised if ECOMOG is beefed up by soldiers not part of ECOWAS as well as needed logistic support, weapons, funds to finish off these rebels VERY shortly. Finally, the SL situation is getting intense international observation (the rebels killing kids and maiming civilans is too much for these large politically correct countries to ignore).

Angola, who knows what the hell is going on there. At this moment I have no thoughts on this situation. Diamondworks property they are mining currently is adjacent to AmCan's and they just found a 232 carat diamond (Very encouraging).

Pray for stability in the countries and the pieces WILL fall into place. AmCan is working on a lot of BIG news but probably need peace in the countries to have all their plans finalize.

If countries stabilize, possibilities inlcude

1. JV with??

2. Pipe #3 in SL awarded to AmCan

3. Armsec finalization

4. Orilioe finalization

5. New equipment sent to Angola

6. Old equipment in SL put into use

7. There are 35 million shares outstanding with 11 million warrants unexercised, 8 million shares for Armsec, 12.5 million shares for Oriloe bring the total to a possible 66 million. Only 50 million are authorized so something will have to be done about this. I have been assured a reverse split will NOT happen so what could happen

a. Hold a shareholders meeting to vote on increase of shares

b. ??

I am tired of trying to perdict when all of this is going to happen but I am still totally confident AmCan shareholders will be extremely happy sometime in the reasonable future.

Nobody should be selling their shares because there are people who know what is going on and will take any large blocks at these prices. They also feel there is no rush to accumulate in a hurry so they are patiently waiting to purchase low (hoping this ends in the next month)

Time (lack of knowing when countries will stabalize) as always is the biggest unknown.
