As a suitor. I still doubt ERICY will buy a big fish like ASND, though. On another note, no one has discussed the divestiture of MCIC's Internet backbone for the WCOM merger. It seems to me that ASND would prefer Williams or another ASND shop to buy it, so that we may take over this account. I'm not sure who Cable & Wireless, the #1 suitor, buys from. Tom
